ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Rosie's Posh Parties does not accept cancellations or returns.

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us so we can help open a case with delivery courier.

Lost of Stolen Packages:

Rosie's Posh Parties is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Rosie's Posh Parties will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with the shipping company used.
