RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 2 days of receiving the package. We use Tracking number history to verify date of delivery. Email us at rosiesposhparties@gmail.com to alert us of the damage. Once we approve the exchange, please adhere the shipping label to the original packaging, and return item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item(s) we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available right away, rest assured that we will work hard to get one done as fast as possible, and be on its way to you!
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. Then your replacement will be processed. If one is currently in stock, and ready to go, it will mail out within 2 business days. If item is not in stock, and needs to be crafted, processing time may vary.

Lost of Stolen Packages:
Rosie's Posh Parties is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Rosie's Posh Parties will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with the shipping company used.
